Steps Required To Maintain Good Health – #ApneTareekeSeHealthy – Part 2

In the first part, I examined points by which you can maintain good and active health from the morning. After having lunch, you should try to indulge in the work instead of sleeping. If you take a mild nap, then your body will lose momentum. However, you should take a break from 2.15 to 2.30 PM just by sitting in a chair. After that, you should wash your face and eyes several times to experience freshness. I am sure that you will be able to work perfectly if you have a fresh mind.

Mild snack

If you eat dinner straight after lunch, then you will feel uneasiness at around 6 PM. Hence, you should have a mild snack between 4.30 and 5.30 PM. I personally have a habit of eating rice flakes at around 5 PM and I find it very cool. You will get a packet of rice flakes at the supermarket. You have to immerse them in water and boil it before consumption. You can add two spoons of sugar to it (if you don’t have diabetes).

Regular walking

If you work involves extended sitting before files or computers, you should walk once in every 15 minutes to avoid leg pain and subsequent inflammation. If you sit for a long time, the Edema (leg swelling) will be formed which will be painful in long run.

Fitness Trackers

It is not possible to visit a physician on a daily basis to check health-related parameters. Hence, you can purchase fitness trackers and use it on a daily basis. The wearable device will measure heart rate, calories burned among other vital parameters. You can buy fitness trackers from Rs. 1000 via e-commerce retailers such as Flipkart and Amazon.

Relaxation

You should relax for 30 minutes in the evening. I would suggest you walk or visit a nearby place such as Temple or Vegetable shop. If you stay in an apartment, you can climb stairs up and down for relaxation purposes including walking on the terrace.

Good sleep

You should make it a habit to sleep for at least seven hours daily. I would suggest you read books, magazines before going to sleep. Moreover, you should use good quality pillows to avoid discomfort to head. Ideally, you should drinkĀ one glass of water at around early morning for a refreshed mind.

If you follow the above points, you will be able to maintain good health not only throughout the entire day but also for the whole year. A balanced diet alongside proper walking and fitness tracking will go a long way in your quest to maintain an active life.
